Using a UV activated body and flasy tail this fly literally glows, hence its name. As a deep water attractor fished on a full sink line this fly will drive the fish crazy. The large foam barbell eyes which give the fly its name allow it to float just off the bottom. With a fast retrieve, the fly with its glowing colors draws the fish's attention triggering strikes.
